Dr. Ghazvini is the owner and principal dentist at Spire Dental Care, bringing over 7 years of clinical experience to the Langley community. A graduate of the University of Manitoba's Doctor of Dental Medicine program, she founded the practice in 2019 with a clear vision: to create a dental home where patients feel genuinely informed, comfortable, and confident in their care.

Dr. Ghazvini believes that exceptional dentistry starts with listening. She takes the time to understand each patient's unique concerns, health history, and goals before recommending a personalized treatment plan. Her philosophy centers on preventive-first care — helping patients maintain healthy smiles for life rather than simply treating problems as they arise.

Beyond the practice, Dr. Ghazvini is passionate about community outreach. She regularly visits local elementary schools through Langley School District #35 to teach children about dental health and hygiene, fostering positive dental habits from an early age. Known for her gentle chairside manner and dedication to patient education, Dr. Ghazvini ensures every visit is a comfortable and empowering experience.

With over 20 years of dental experience since graduating with his Bachelor of Dental Surgery degree in Karachi in 2002, Dr. Sohail Manashiya brings a wealth of clinical knowledge to Spire Dental Care. After moving to Canada and obtaining his Canadian dental license in 2018, Dr. Sohail has been proudly serving communities across Metro Vancouver, building a reputation for thorough, patient-centered care.

Dr. Sohail’s clinical interests include oral surgery, endodontics, and restorative dentistry — areas where his two decades of hands-on experience allow him to deliver precise, confident treatment. He enjoys all aspects of general dentistry, from educating patients about their oral health to addressing complex dental needs with a well-planned approach.

What sets Dr. Sohail apart is his commitment to building genuine trust with every patient. He believes that informed, compassionate care leads to the best outcomes, and he takes the time to explain procedures, answer questions, and ensure patients feel comfortable at every step. A proud and active member of the Canadian Dental Association and the BC Dental Association, Dr. Sohail stays current through continuing education seminars and workshops. Outside the clinic, he enjoys spending time with friends and family.

Preet is an essential member of our clinical team, bringing expertise and a caring approach to patient care. As our certified dental assistant, she works alongside our dentists to ensure procedures run smoothly and efficiently.

Known for her gentle nature and attention to detail, Preet helps create a comfortable and positive experience for every patient. She excels at putting anxious patients at ease and explaining procedures in a clear, understandable way.

As our patient care coordinator, Lena is often the first friendly face you'll see at Spire Dental Care. She expertly manages our front office, handling scheduling, insurance coordination, and ensuring our practice runs smoothly.

With her warm personality and extensive knowledge of dental insurance and treatment planning, Lena helps patients understand their coverage and make informed decisions about their dental care.
